With expertise in single family, multifamily, and commercial properties, I'm also an accomplished real estate investor. I authored "I'm Out! Escaping the Rat Race One Income Stream at a Time," a pioneering book on real estate wealth-building and “From Listed to Sold”, a book explaining 55 expert strategies to sell a home in any market.
