As a result of her love for teaching and her lack of faith in the school system, Arianne and her husband, Joshua,
started HYPE (Helping Young People Excel) Academy- a Private School and Academic Resource Center in
New Orleans. HYPE Academy has served over 700 families since opening its doors in 2011.
Arianne published her debut book, Teach Your OWN Kid! Schools Can’t Do it Alone in 2017. She
followed up with the Teach Your OWN Kid! podcast where she has had the pleasure of providing sound
advice on the importance of partnership development between school communities and the families they serve. Arianne continues to lead the team at HYPE Academy into a period of tremendous growth.
